I have been a mental health professional for over 15 years. Through the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients from preschoolers to the aging in hospitals, clinics, and schools. My deep-rooted belief in the importance of emotional growth and self-care has inspired me to speak at national and state conferences about teaching methods designed to help children build their assertiveness and problem-solving skills. I have also written curriculum for programs designed to increase confidence and self-esteem in children. I believe that love and the human connection are two of life's greatests offerings.
